First Grade Sea Otter News
It was an exciting, productive week in first grade. Students celebrated the 100th day of school with games and 100 themed activities including drawing themselves at 100 years and writing about the future. Our eighth grade buddies visited and in 30 minutes they read close to 100 books. By the end of the day we had read 324! The first graders celebrated St. Valentine’s Day on Tuesday where they learned about practical ways they can pass love along, passed out cards, and had a party. Wednesday was Ash Wednesday were we gathered together at Mass to begin the Lenten season.
